The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right on a man-made lake. Guests can enjoy beautiful views and take leisurely walks along the lakeside. the hotel is conveniently located next to a lake, which is used by a boating club based next door, providing guests with the opportunity to engage in water activities.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can get quite warm as there is no air conditioning, only a fan which can be noisy.

The location was in front of everything we wanted to do. Located within a walk to Caldecotte Lake, which is about 500 feet away. Interesting place for a city break in Milton Keynes.

Great location, close to main attractions and easy access to transportation. Good coffee and delicious breakfast options, perfect for a quick and easy breakfast before a long day of work and meetings. The room had good soundproofing, which allowed for a quiet sleep at night.
